The routed groove drains through openings into the pan below. Use the board on its own for everyday prep, or fit it over the pan for carving.

What’s included?
Small, Medium, and Large boards include a 2-inch-tall aluminum pan and storage lid. XL wood fiber includes a pan without a lid. Gift-set accessories are an optional $65 add-on.
How much is shipping?
Medium HDPE is $75 with US shipping included; Large HDPE shipping is $20. Bamboo: Medium $10, Large $20. Wood fiber: Small and Medium $15, Large and XL $20. One board per US order. Gift accessories add no extra shipping charge.
How do I care for it?
Keep every cutting board out of the oven. Follow the care guide supplied with your material; the aluminum pan is the bakeware. The fitted board is not an airtight storage seal.
