Return and refund policy
Contact Groovie Board before sending any product back so we can review the order and provide the correct return instructions.
Start a request
Include your Square order or receipt number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. For damage or a product problem, include clear photographs when available. Email r.and.mswank@gmail.com or call (208) 914-1776.
Return authorization
Do not mail a product back until Groovie Board confirms the return address and instructions. Returned products may be reviewed for condition before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued through Square to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.
